The Commercial Operations Specialist is responsible for order processing management and sales and customer support for a medical device product in the ENT market. This includes creation of new customer accounts for shipping, order management, management of the 3PL and data management for sales and traceability. This role collaborates closely with Neurent Medical's regional sales managers to support sales efforts and customer needs, helping achieve planned sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

The Supply Chain Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant flow of materials through the organization. This position is responsible for MRP execution, supplier coordination, inventory control, logistics activities to support manufacturing, service requirements, and new product introduction. Working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and R&D, the Supply Chain Specialist will support production continuity and supply chain readiness across all operations.

The Senior Process Development Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating robust, scalable processes that ensure our medical devices are produced safely, effectively, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. In addition to leading key development projects, this role will provide direct line support to manufacturing operations, working closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues, stabilize processes, and maintain day-to-day performance. The role will also contribute to building the foundational systems, documentation, and operational culture needed to support sustained growth.

Neurent Medical is seeking a Marketing Manager, Clinical Marketing & Facility Enablement to play a critical role in accelerating adoption of NEUROMARK® in facility-based settings, including ASCs and hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs). This role sits at the intersection of clinical marketing, downstream brand execution, and sales enablement, with a clear mandate: equip the field and customer accounts with the tools, messaging, and programs needed to expand utilization beyond the clinic and unlock growth in higher-acuity sites of care. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in sales and/or marketing, comfort working cross-functionally, and an understanding of ENT workflows and facility economics. This role will partner closely with Sales, Clinical, and Reimbursement teams to drive shifts in site-of-care mix, support VAC approvals, and enable sustainable growth nationwide.
