Advanced Treatment for Chronic Rhinitis

NEUROMARK®: Experience the Difference

NEUROMARK is the only system powered by ENTelligent™, a proprietary suite of advanced technologies that maximizes CONTROL to reach posterior nasal nerves and provides feedback to CONFIRM treatment delivery so you can treat a broad range of Chronic Rhinitis (CR) patients with CONFIDENCE.

Target Posterior Nasal Nerves

Recognize the Symptoms. Treat the Source.

CR affects millions of patients in the US and is known to adversely impact sleep, cognitive function, and ultimately, quality of life and overall productivity.² By identifying the symptoms of CR, patients can seek effective relief and providers can address the root cause with the innovative NEUROMARK System.

A Prevalent Condition with Wide-Ranging Impact

CR is a global public health issue. Its high prevalence adversely affects sleep, cognitive function, mood, and overall performance at work or school.¹

Increased Risk of Comorbidities

Patients with CR are 1.5 to 4.5 times more likely to suffer from comorbid conditions such as asthma, eczema, migraines, and depression. Early identification can help mitigate these additional health risks.²

Significant Productivity Loss

Individuals with CR experience significantly higher productivity loss compared to those with other chronic conditions.³ This loss affects not only the individual but also workplaces and economies.

Daily Life Impairment

An overwhelming 80% of patients with moderate-to-severe rhinitis report impairment in their daily activities. Recognizing these symptoms allows you to intervene effectively and improve patient outcomes.⁴

Experience the Difference

NEUROMARK offers a cutting-edge approach to treating Chronic Rhinitis, combining precision engineering and advanced technology, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.

The next generation device further enhances the NEUROMARK system. It allows the surgeon to deliver the treatment in a more controlled fashion and adjust for any of the patient's anatomic differences.

More Posterior Placement

NEUROMARK features a flexible shaft and atraumatic leaflets that conform to patient anatomy, maximizing access to nerve-rich areas and allowing posterior placement.

Maximal Treatment Coverage

The device provides maximal treatment coverage by targeting numerous microablation sites across a wide area. This ensures effective disruption of overactive posterior nasal nerve pathways while preserving mucosal and vascular integrity.5-7

ENERGY DELIVERY

Apposition Confirmaton

Real-time apposition confirmation helps guide leaflet placement with immediate visual feedback.

Gentle RF Energy Delivery

NEUROMARK delivers gentle radiofrequency energy to disrupt posterior nasal nerve pathways while maintaining mucosal and vascular integrity.6-8

Smart Algorithms

Impedance thresholds are monitored individually for each leaflet, with biofeedback confirming treatment is delivered adequately and discontinued at the optimal time.5

IN OUTCOMES

Durable, Significant Improvement

The CLARITY clinical study showed statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvements in CR symptoms following treatment with NEUROMARK.11

Excellent Tolerability & Safety Profile

No serious adverse events or post-procedure “ice cream headaches” was 4.4 (0-10 scale) as reported, and the mean discomfort during the procedure were reported in the CLARITY Clinical Study.5

91%

of participants
achieved the minimum clinically important difference (MCID) of a reduction from baseline of ≥ 1 point for the rTNSS at 12 months.¹¹**

80%

of participants
met the responder rate of ≥ 30% reduction from baseline for the rTNSS at 12 months.¹¹**

86%

of participants
achieved the MCID of a reduction from baseline of ≥ 0.4 points for the mini RQLQ at 12 months.¹¹

Frequently Asked Questions

If you don't see what you are looking for here, reach out to your healthcare provider or find a provider.

The NEUROMARK System uses propriety ENTelligent technology™ to target the overactive posterior nasal nerves (PNN) that cause the symptoms of Chronic Rhinitis. NEUROMARK utilizes controlled low-energy radiofrequency (RF) to create precise micro-lesions at target sites.

The CLARITY clinical study shows statistically significant and clinically meaningful symptom improvements in patients who receive NEUROMARK, with an 80% responder rate for reflective Total Nasal Symptom Score (rTNSS) as defined by a 30% reduction from baseline at 12 months.

NEUROMARK is an option for both long-term and newly diagnosed allergic and nonallergic Chronic Rhinitis patients. In the PARAGON 6-month clinical study, both allergic and nonallergic subgroups experienced significant improvement in all study outcome measures (p<.001) with no significant differences between subgroups.¹⁰

Unlike medication, which requires compliance to a regular schedule¹¹, or surgery, which can be invasive and has a long recovery period, NEUROMARK treats symptoms directly at the source in a gentle, minimally invasive procedure.

Patients with common symptoms of Chronic Rhinitis such as excessive sneezing, rhinorrhea, postnasal drip, or frequent congestion may be good candidates for treatment. By recognizing these symptoms right away, you can help treat the source with NEUROMARK.
