Frequently Asked Questions

If you don't see what you are looking for here, reach out to your healthcare provider or find a provider.

NEUROMARK uses low-power energy to disrupt overactive posterior nasal nerves, the source of Chronic Rhinitis. Unlike medication, which requires compliance to a regular schedule⁷ or surgery, which can be invasive and has a long recovery period, NEUROMARK treats symptoms directly at the source in a gentle, minimally invasive procedure.

The active energy delivery procedure time is typically only a few minutes, and varies depending on contact, the state of the tissue, and the number of treatment cycles required. The total procedure time depends on your anatomy, the number of treatment cycles required, and any time needed for anesthesia.

There is typically no downtime following the NEUROMARK procedure, allowing patients to return to their regular days. Individual results may vary.

The NEUROMARK procedure is covered by Medicare/Medicaid. In addition, a few commercial insurances may cover the procedure, however, you should check with your doctor to see if NEUROMARK is a covered procedure.

If you experience common symptoms of Chronic Rhinitis, such as excessive sneezing, runny/drippy nose, post-nasal drip, or a persistent stuffed-up feeling, you may be a candidate for NEUROMARK. Talk to your healthcare provider to see if you are a candidate.
