In office treatments targeting the posterior nasal nerves (PNNs) are typically aimed at the posterior margin of the middle meatus without considerations for natural variations in middle turbinate anatomy. The objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship of the MT attachment to the sphenopalatine foramen (SPF) to treatment failure rates for CR.
